Heather HilliardHeather Hilliard
Principal




Heather is the Principal of Caliber and has 20 years of experience working with companies in the areas of leadership transformation, organizational development, strategic performance management and cultural change.

Heather's specialties include leading executive teams and entrepreneurs to create the culture and leadership practices essential for achieving their strategy. She works extensively with organizations undergoing significant growth or requiring major cultural change to achieve their vision. She guides clients to define strategy, values, and organizational systems in a way that creates sustainable competitive advantage. She helps clients to understand the behavioural dynamics at work within their business and to bring about meaningful change in alignment with the strategy.

Heather holds a Bachelor's Degree in Honors Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. She is a Certified Compensation Practitioner (CCP) and a Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP).

Anne has more than twenty years experience in business, leadership and behavioural change. Anne works with individuals and organizations providing assessments that aincrease their understanding of how personal dynamics impact upon relationships, interpersonal, team and organizational effectiveness. She conducts interventions and mediation for clients who are experiencing business challenges as a result of conflict within primary relationships (partners, leadership groups, teams, boards, etc.).

Anne is excited by the challenges that working with interpersonal dynamics bring and by opportunities to bring new concepts and theory into practice to facilitate the growth of people toward their potential. She is an innovator, who likes to push the envelope and do things that haven't been done before. She has developed her own assessments, including Striving Styles, recently featured by Oprah Magazine.

Anne holds a Post Doctorate Degree in Therapeutic Counselling and is a graduate of the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy and studied at the Masterson Institute for Disorders of the Self (New York). She attended Ryerson University and the Institute for Management Training for organizational development and management studies. Anne has also completed certificate programs in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Alternate Dispute Resolution. She is certified to administer a number of assessment instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, BarOn EQ-i (Emotional Intelligence Indicator) and Thomas Kilmann (Conflict Styles).


 

Nancy DranitsarisNancy Dranitsaris
Leadership / Behavioural Change Consultant




Nancy Dranitsaris, BA, RIHR is a Behavioural Change Consultant with Caliber, as well as a Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Facilitator at the Centre for Mindful Therapies (Ajax). With a 20-year career in business and psychology, Nancy has worked with companies nationally and internationally to increase the interpersonal effectiveness of their leaders, managers and staff, through assessment and development initiatives.

A frequent speaker to groups and organizations, her teaching and facilitation portfolio includes Personality Type and Temperament, Leadership Styles, Emotional Intelligence, Providing Effective Feedback and Non-Defensive Communication Skills, Grief and Loss, Stress Management, and Meditation. Nancy also facilitates Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programs for individuals and organizations.

As a psychotherapist, Nancy works with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, relationship issues and stress-related challenges that may be preventing them from leading their lives in a fulfilling way. She works with clients to help them to identify and understand the limiting beliefs, thoughts and behavioural patterns that may be interfering with their ability to move forward and achieve greater satisfaction.

Nancy received her Specialized Honours BA in Psychology from York University, and completed her training as a Psychotherapist at the Transformational Arts College in Toronto. She has received the designation of Registered in Human Relations (RIHR) from the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners. She is also a qualified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), and has completed training programs in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness. She is also a certified member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP).
